I along with Place for Life and the Enterpriser’s Network sponsored another successful Back to School bash! Kids from all over San Antonio and the surrounding areas came out to the event to enjoy some fun with Jon & Big, Erica Gonzaba, and the EDGE (PFL’s Youth Group). The grounds were full of people having fun, laughing, and most of all feeling the love of Place for Life.
We were able to give away over 500 back packs full of school supplies to the children who participated in the event, over 30 African refugees from the Northside School District, and children in Laredo, TX thanks to Christ Worship Center and Pastor Sam Lopez.
We would like to say a special thank you to Erica Gonzaba, New York Life, The School of Excellence in Education, The Blood & Tissue Center of San Antonio, The San Antonio Fire Department Precinct 35, Southwest Texas Dental, and most of all, all of the Place for Life volunteers and leaders that made this event possible!
