When I woke up this morning there was a text from John Lopez who is the Accounting director for Place for life. The text simply said, “Good Morning Bishop! I posted some cool pics of your grand-babies at Ree’s (Johns daughter) birthday party. Thought you’d like to see.” Rarely does one of my guys (employees) awaken and text before me. About 15 years ago, with the assistance of Dr. Linda Britton, Bishop Rick Hawkins founded the School of Excellence in Education, a charter school in San Antonio, TX for at-risk students. I am amazed that God and Time have a way of bringing all things back around to His original Intent.
